We attended Sunday brunch on February 19th for the szechuan dishes at the Shang Palace … The food and ambiance were exceptional… We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful service we received from both Deny and Jelyn… They were outstanding in every way…..Helpful.pleasant and very professional. An excellent haven in Abu Dhabi
A fabulous well run hotel! The Food n Beverages dept does a great job. The Senior Managers are visible and are hands on. The concierge desk does a great job in assisting the guests on sightseeing. The housekeeping is excellent. We had left behind a ring on check out, the housekeeping found it and the Reception, Ms Chel took the trouble of reaching us in Dubai and handing it back.

Great hotel
Great stay at Shangri-la. I booked a Deluke King Room. It was HUGE! Probably the best room I stayed in any hotel. There are to pools (one infinite) and a private beach. It's close to the mosque (10 minutes by car). You can see the top of the mosque from the pool area. The hall is beautiful and impressive. The staff is kind and polite.
