Surpassed expectations
We had a great time at Scerets the Vine. Any of the bad reviews are pretty surprising to me (yes, the lobby area is warm but its not a big deal). The hotel is super nice and the room was comfortable and clean. The food, drink and service were all fantastic. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly. We've stayed in lots of other all inclusive resorts and this one is by far the best and we will be back.

Ok but won’t return
Was looking for a better service experience and consistency in hot quality food. The Resort was extremely hot in common areas and restaurants whereas I had to carry my personal fan for comfort as well as many other guests. Room service served cold food the two days that I utilized this service.

No AC, subpar food
There is absolutely no AC in most of the common areas, only place that has AC was the sports bar, hotel is in desperate need of a PIP. The food was just so so, the Dragons was decent but I would go off property for any dinners. The sea salt restaurant was absolutely dismal. I will not be back for future vacations in Cancun.
