Blissful girls week
We got the Preferred experience and it was amazing. Our butlers, Darling and Miguel, facilitated such an incredible time. Seamless from start to finish. We loved beachside yoga with Colleen and the spa experience. Juan was super helpful with the Hydrotherapy.

SERIOUS EYE INFECTION FROM SPA
On my couples vacation with the significant other I contracted a serious eye infection from the spa. Dr told me it happens all the time so don't let them lie to you. Hotel will not take care of your medical needs and will charge you with no reimbursements in your time of need. Also hotel will not give you the right pickup time so you will also have to pay for a taxi and will not reimburse you.

Massage
Joy is amazing! I was fortunate to receive a deep tissue massage from him. He checked the pressure frequently and worked on my neck like a champ. I have stress knots like mad. Throughout the massage he reminded me to breathe and after he placed a warm compress on my neck encouraging me to rest. He was outstanding!
