Seaside All Suites Hotel

The only good thing about this hotel/apartment is the location that’s it. When we got there and tried to check in. They kept getting our information wrong so as well as having heavy luggage, after travelling for over 9+ hours wanting to just check into the room. We had to keep going back and fourth to reception since the key wouldn’t work, didn’t give us the WiFi password, didn’t tell us the pin to get in the main door. The receptionist was so rude to a lovely Brazilian woman who couldn’t speak English that well. The rooms look modern but are so dirty, you can’t walk around barefoot or your feet will go jet black. They say they change your towels every 3 days but we waited 4 days + for towels before. There’s no big bin to put your extra rubbish you just have to push it into a corner. They only came in to clean ONCE we were there for 10 days. And by cleaning I mean take out the rubbish which had been piling for 6 days, wipe down the bathtub and that’s it. We even had to buy toilet paper since they expect two rolls to last 6 days when there’s more than one person in the room. There’s only one pool across three apartment blocks for the hotel. It could probably only fit 5 people. The kitchen would be nice if you had a towel to actually wipe the dishes but they don’t provide that either. And god forbid you have an issue, they don’t even pick up the phone!! Also when you get there make sure you have extra money since getting charged $450 for “resort fees” when the rooms aren’t even cleaned properly is absurd. I don’t recommend going here, just spend more money and get a better hotel or apartment.

I recently stayed at Seaside Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The reception staff were incredibly very rude. What really shocked me was the additional charge they imposed and overall service was poor u need to go far to get any there bad service , and the lack of courtesy from the staff only made the stay more unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

One of the worst hotels that I had in the last years! The room is nice and seems that has been renovated not so much time ago.. but the 2 beds are broken (some bed slats are missing in both of the 2 beds) and the shower is licking all the time. The staff I think that is mor friendly if you kick them a punch in the face instead of replying to you about something. The front desk is not in the hotel, but 2 blocks from it.. I needed to ship a package to the hotel before my arriving and I tried many time to call them to inform about the shipment, nobody replied to me (I also left a message in the phone mailbox, but nobody replied to me) and when I arrived I discovered that my package was returned back because the front desk is not in the hotel! Please reply to the phone call or call back the customers! I reserved through Hotels.com and I paid the room the VAT and fees, no other fees was listed in the deal.. when I arrived they charged to me other 240 USD for the resort fees (RESORT???? Where is the resort???? No beach towels was in the room and if the resort means a small pool 2 blocks from the hotel they have to stay in a real resort!!) and others fees!! For sure I'll use another hotel when I'll be back to Miami and if you need my suggestion.. do the same!!!
