We stayed for 5 nights...... From the minute we arrived we were welcomed like we were family........ Nothing was too much trouble...... .All the staff without exception went above and beyond for us.....Hotel was spotless. 4 good sized pools and minutes from a beautiful beach..... Absolutely amazing place to stay.
Stayed here for just under a week with family, and all I can say is it was absolutely amazing! The staff were so lovely and welcoming all throughout the stay, every single one of them. The food and drinks also great! Such a beautiful place which is run equally as beautifully. If you are in Santorini, this is where you need to stay.
I have just returned home from a 5-day stay at the Santorini Kastelli Resort and I am wishing I was still there. Even before we arrived the Management was extremely helpful in catering to our needs when we informed them one of our party was needing to use a wheelchair. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like friends rather than just customers, without exception every member of staff was helpful and friendly. The room we had was spotlessly clean, and large and had everything we needed during our stay. There are 4 Pools so there is one to suit all ages and the areas around the pools were kept clean and safe. Breakfast was great as there was a large selection of hot and cold savory and sweet dishes. There was even Champagne for a cheeky little Bucks Fizz to start the day. The professionals in the Spa provided excellent massages,( I had two :) ) and the Spa Facilities were clean and relaxing. The location is very good as it is just a very short walk to the main promenade where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. I will say quite a few were closed as the resort was starting to close for the season but we did find good places to eat and drink. That said the food in the hotel was very enjoyable, with good quality ingredients that were well-cooked and presented nicely. We were blessed with wonderful weather considering we went so late in the season. Although it is never nice leaving a holiday to go home we were all really sad to leave and have already started to plan a return trip. When reading reviews there are some that say it is not 5-star, I thought the resort and service were 5 stars, the only difference I could see is that some 5-star hotels give you robes, we did not have robes but that really didn't matter.
