The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beach and close to all local restaurants and bars. The hotel’s beach front restaurant/bar offered excellent selection of food including breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner along with large cocktail menu. Ample sunbeds for number of guests – you do not need to reserve a sunbed early in morning like many larger hotels and so nice to have cocktails delivered to your sunbed. All managers and staff were so friendly and helpful and offered great customer service all the time. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you to everyone for such an enjoyable stay.

The room we booked was right on the boardwalk and had a small kitchen, a big patio and a very welcome laundry machine. The room is comfortable. The location is great for being on the beach and we appreciated the hotel beach chairs. It takes awhile to get anywhere on the island from here except the airport. The front of hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Not as good as the other two Greek island villas we stayed at nor the hotel in Paris we stayed at on this trip. The food seems uninspired and the eggs were just ok. The coffee is poor. The owner or partner who runs the kitchen (who immigrated to Greece from Montreal) shocked us by saying Canada is a fascist country, this after spouting off for over 1/2 hour to the table next to us about how he deals with customer complaints. He needs to stop! The service in the breakfast room was subpar on day one and passable on day 2. The server is curt and seems unhappy. Perhaps it is nearing the end of tourist season. The hotel did offer for us to use the shower room and store our luggage until our later departure time. Thanks for this!

This was one of our favorite hotels of the 7 we stayed at during our 2-week trip of Europe. We booked the historic beachfront house – just one of two on Kamari, built over 60 years ago, after the tragic 1956 earthquake. We absolutely loved. It had a big private patio w/ picnic table, then inside, nicely stocked kitchen, living room w/ 2 twin beds, and bedroom w/ queen, plus big bathroom w/ tub/shower and even laundry (washer; line for drying on the side). It’s oceanfront, right on the main boardwalk in Kamari. They had a really good included breakfast every morning, out on their ocean view patio, complete with fruit, pastries, Greek salad veggies and nice assortment of fruit, pastries, eggs, sausage, bacon, and spinach and cheese Greek pockets. They also make eggs and pancakes to order. I mostly had fresh fruit and vegetables every morning, which was perfect. Service was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Renata at the front desk. She helped us book a wine tour, rental car and taxi back to the airport. They have really comfortable padded sun chairs on the beach, and you can order food and drink from the bar there as well. Also really comfortable bean bag type chairs at the pool.
