Excited returning guest
After visiting in August 22, I am so excited to be returning for my 6th time to this wonderful resort, in just 5 weeks' time! I can't wait to enjoy the foam party again and to see my beloved Leonela at the beach bar (best bartender ever) and Francisco at the Hideaway beach. The service (and food) just get better every year here, and so I'm introducing Hideaway to my partner this year, who has never been. I know that we're going to have the best two weeks of the year here, looking forward to seeing everyone and giving a big hug. Excited to see Ozuna for my special strawberry gin and tonics!

10 night trip.
We stayed 10 nights here. The resort is very nice. They keep things nice & clean. Beach area is nice but crowded. We stayed in the Hideaway adult only section. Francisco Estrella was very friendly and helpful. Always took good care of us. The wait staff on and off the beach was very attentive. Drinks & food we’re good. Really enjoyed the steak house. Buffet is good also. Only downside is they don’t have elevators. So if you have a hard time with stairs ask for the lower level.

Amazing staff!
Juan and Grazie at the Hideway Bar were amazing! They treated us with respect and always remembered us when we entered the pool area. Lenny was our incredible butler and went above and beyond to make our stay even more incredible. The resort was always clean and all staff were so willing to help. Would recommend it to those looking for a relaxing trip with family or friends!
