Royalton Negril

We had a great vacation with Royalton. The staff was very nice and helpful! Rooms were great! Our room was cleaned everyday and always looked great! I believe it was Jamie who cleaned our room. We did have 3 rooms and all were wonderful! We were very happy that they put all three rooms together and made sure one was adjoining. Our adjoining door was stuck one day and we contacted our butler and he sent someone right away to fix it. Our butlers were great! We didn't use them much but when we did they were always fast and made sure we had dinner reservations each night! Najay was awesome! He was so fun and was super fast brining us what we wanted by the beach and pool! Romain at the Diamond Club bar was wonderful! He made great drinks and was so friendly! Tasheeka was also great! She was a Trainee but did a great job! The VIBE team was wonderful! The foam party was so fun!! We have never been to one before and now can't wait to do one again! I also liked that they did activites at the Diamond Club. We have been to other resorts where nothing happens in the diamond club pool. It was nice that they did a lot of things here also. I also enjoyed the exercising at the pool. The Diamond club beach and pool were great! We loved everyone there! The Food!!! Amazing!!! Some of the best we have ever had! The steakhouse was so good we went twice!! The buffet was also amazing! This was probably the best food we have had at an all inclusive resort. We also experienced and water issue. They had a pipe burst and we were with out water for 3 days. It was very disappointing since we could not shower and if by chance it came on for a bit it was freezing! But we were offered some compensation for our inconvenience and the butler was very good at keeping us informed! It did not ruin our vacation! Our kids parasailed and we did a catamaran to Ricks! This was honestly one of the best vacations we have ever taken!!

I’m not one to normally leave reviews on trip advisor but after we booked our stay here a few months ago the bad reviews on here almost made us change our booking however, we didn’t and I am so glad we didn’t! We have previously stayed diamond club & hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana and diamond club at Royalton Bavaro so we were a little anxious to be just regular Royalton here however, it was fine! The hotel exceeded our expectations, the beach and sea are gorgeous, hotel grounds kept a very clean and tidy, the rooms are lovely and spacious (our room was cleaned everyday, we always had fresh towels & mini bar was stocked everyday), the food and drinks were always good & majority of staff very friendly!! There is a little wear and tear to the hotel - but what Caribbean hotel doesn’t have this ?? As we were diamond club we were unable to book the restaurants but the majority of the time we were able to walk straight in or were put on a waiting list so just grabbed a drink at the martini bar whilst waiting! We were impacted by the burst pipe so had cold water for 3 days but this did not affect our stay - a quick cold shower doesn’t do you any harm & TUI have advised they are compensating this. This resort is now my favourite Royalton, I would love to return in the future & will defo be recommending this hotel to my family & friends!

This resort was absolutely fun and had plenty of entertainment!! There is an entertainment crew called “Vibe Team” which does a wonderful job keeping the visitors entertained. But one stuck out of all named Henrique! This kid really loves what he do. He was so full of energy and excitement, you can really tell he absolutely LOVES to entertain. Don’t get me wrong the whole team is great but Henrique was one to catch my attention the most! Definitely would go back for the “Vibe Team” entertainment!!!
