Royal Lancaster London

Every detail was attended to and I will keep coming back as I have done for many years. My room was well appointed with views over Hyde Park and the city beyond. It was great to lie in bed and watch the skyline light up, and then to see the sunrise in the morning. Breakfasts are awesome!

We visited the Royal Lancaster London for an Afternoon tea with our family, who travelled from Italy. The environment is classy and the ambience extremely relaxing, we were greeted by Aziza, who made our experience even more special. It was the first time my mother in law travelled outside Italy in about 20 years and her first ever afternoon tea. Needless to say she loved the experience and bonded with Aziza despite the language barrier. Aziza guided us thorough our meal, which is comprehensive of a selection of sandwiches, the BEST scones we ever tried and some delicious and pretty looking cakes. The quality of the food was outstanding and it's accompanied by a large selection of tea, which to our surprise was unlimited. We enjoyed different kinds of teas during the afternoon and couldn't finish all our food, luckily they offered us a carry bag to take them home. All our leftovers were carefully packed and boxed for us to enjoy the following morning. We also had some specific dietary requirements that were met with no fuss, the menu was amended for us according to our taste and allergies. It was a truly enjoyable experience and we will definetly come back again, hopefully we'll see Aziza again too, her kindness was and extra touch that didn't go unnoticed! Thank you for such a lovely time and delicious food.

We had a fantastic afternoon tea experience at the Royal Lancaster hotel. Jules and Hafize took great care of us and went the extra mile. I also highly recommend the food including the sandwiches, scones and cakes, and the tea selection was perfectly matching the food.
