Royal Central Hotel The Palm has a beautiful location with stunning views of the beach, but the experience was just average. The rooms were comfortable but felt a bit cramped and dirty. The smell of the room was very moldy. Reception service and approach was good. The pool area was nice, overpriced drinks. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but with so many luxury options in Dubai, it didn’t stand out much.

Fun,enthusiastic, easygoing
My hat goes off to Shila,indei and mr aung at Choi restaurant brilliant service happy staff and wonderful atmosphere with a breathtaking view that makes the sundown deal an absolute bargain. Get yourselves down and have a great time and enjoy the wonderful hospitality they have to offer.

VERY NICE HOTEL
One of the best experience that I have in hotel, all the workers are very nicely and help you, but MUSTAPHA is one of the best recepcionist that I ever met, a happy perdon and very kindly, hotels needs more workers like MUSTAPHA 10 out of 10. We are gonna repite 100%.
