ROW NYC has pioneered a unique type of hotel, meeting NYC’s urban grit with grandeur and offering a completely contemporary experience with an incomparable front-row seat at Times Square. Our guests are undeniably in the middle of it all, with access to everything and anything.
The hotel’s rooms and corridors were reimagined by internationally renowned design and architecture firm Gensler. Clever room layouts and storage features lend a spacious feeling to each room, and our signature look sets bright, bold wall graphics against crisp white and neutrals to create spaces our guests want to spend time in. For dining options, ROW NYC has cornered the market on quality and selection in Times Square.
Whether you’re an early bird or a jet-lagged traveler, you’ll appreciate District M’s excellent coffee drinks and array of sweet and savoury pastries from some of NYC’s finest bakeries. In the evenings, District M does a costume change and comes alive as a lounge, serving a selection of fine wines and beers, handmade pizzas, charcuterie plates, and hearty salads. City Kitchen brings New York’s most sought-after food purveyors right here to ROW NYC. Visitors and locals delight in the city’s best dishes, snacks, and sweets without having to go far afield.

We stayed in this hotel in November 2022, we had a party of 5 people so required 3 rooms. Our first impressions of the hotel was it was in a fantastic location. I'm afraid the positives stopped there. The hotel is housing over 200 migrant familes who appear to have taken over the front lobby area, the area around the lifts stunk of urine and were being used as play areas for the children of the adults who where lounging around the lobby entrance. Things did not improve as we made our way to our rooms, each of our 3 rooms was grubby and unclean, so much so we decided not to take our cloths out of our suitcases, we lived out of the cases for the duration of our stay. The staff at the hotel were ignorant and rude and would no accept anything was wrong at the hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST

This hotel has turned into a 1 star! It's overrun with drunks, people doing drugs inside the hotel, screaming and yelling all night. I would give it a zero star rating if I could. The staff has no control of the hotel! Stay far away!!!

December 2022
We were due to stay at The Row after a long flight and arrived to a hotel completely out of its depth and in a state of chaos. We checked in and were put in one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever seen, the bed was pretty much a single, it was filthy (the windows were genuinely SO dirty you couldn't see out of them), the actual bedroom was so so small we couldn't walk around our room with our suitcases in. We went back to reception (after trying to ring on the filthy phone that was broken), where we were checked into a second room. This room was much bigger but it was absolutely revolting, there was mould all over the walls, the bedding was stained, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom - I would also like to point out that I am not a huge hotel snob - I can accept that things do get missed during cleaning / sometimes things are not perfect, but this was just insane. I'm not even sure I would classify it as a hostel. We went back down to reception and to give credit where credit's due - the guy who assisted us was amazing- he agreed that the hotel was basically a dump and recommended we go to a hotel down the road. We got a full refund and headed there... I would never ever ever ever stay at the hotel and I would never recommend anyone to go there either.
