This hotel resort is lovely. There are lots of really good dining options. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the mini supermarket was well stocked and served great food. The pools are also great and the hotel is a good base for exploring International drive and also the theme parks. We had a brilliant stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you

From the moment we walked into the lobby we were impressed. Spacious, clean, fast check in. We were accommodated from the off with our request for a slightly later check out of 1pm for when we left. We were on the 14th floor with a lovely view of the pool and golf course. The elevators were quite quick too for a hotel this size. We spent 7 nights here and enjoyed the pool, the food from Cat-tails bar and the burger restaurant inside the hotel. The room was clean and facilities were great - fridge, large TV, toiletries and hairdryer. One evening the hairdryer in our room broke and on our way out we reported it to the desk, and by the time we returned they had replaced it. Signs on the corridor asking for people to respect the quiet zone meant we hardly heard any noise from other guests, and were never woken up at night from this. Location wise it is excellent for distance to all of the theme parks, malls and restaurants that we like in the area. The pool was never too busy, and we always managed to find a lounger with parasol. They provide free drinking water and cups to keep hydrated which was very welcome in the July heat. Pool towels were provided which meant we didn't need to take up space packing these in our luggage. We have said we would definitely return. The only thing that puts us off returning is the charge of $28 per night for parking which would add up over the course of our 7 or 14 nights in the future. Overall though an excellent stay, to the point my husband ranks this the best hotel we have stayed at in Orlando over the 15 trips we have had from the UK.

My wife and I went to Rosen Shingle Creek for a short getaway. It is a beautiful resort. My wife is not a golfer so we did not golf, but they have a beautiful golf course. The resort also has a spa, a fitness center, several pools, a selection of restaurants, and shopping. Our room was very nice. There was a comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was spacious and had very nice finishes. The TV was large and seemed to be UHD. When we first came to the room the TV was not working properly, but I called down to reception and they sent someone up to fix it. It worked well for the rest of our stay. The room also has a coffee maker, a refrigerator, complimentary wifi, and plenty of space to relax in. Parking was complimentary as a guest of the hotel and there was no resort fee. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek.
