Rocabella Mykonos Hotel

This boutique hotel provided us a truly exceptional 5-star experience. The location was absolutely wonderful, with 180° breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The Reeza hotel restaurant provides a variety of dishes, excellent in taste and presentation, that caters all preferences. Room cleanliness is impeccable, with attention to all details, while pampering the guests during their stay. The hotel crew offers unique assistance and care by providing an impeccable service that deserves our highest commendation. Our stay was undoubtedly the best experience while vacationing in Mykonos that gifted us with unforgivable memories!

Lovely hotel! Excellent, excellent food and drinks! Great pool area. Super helpful and nice staff. Good spa services (albeit a little confusing to figure out how to sign up before the suddenly fill up). Weirdly, in addition to their specialties, try the beef burger--the best one we've ever had! They will help transport you (for a fee) or arrange taxis (if available; taxis are very limited on the island). The hotel has had a reno since we visited years ago and the rooms are nice, we had a two room two bath suite with hot this time, but honestly it didn't seem quite as nice as before! And only those of us who were here years ago would know the difference but the special touches that brought me back were gone! Before on our visit, they did all these special things such as: in your room when you arrived there were strawberry fondue snack and wine.. and when we came in at night, they'd left little sandwiches in the fridge with a note.. and when you sat by the pool they brought cool damp towels out to you.. and they offered free local phones to borrow upon check in.. and they offered free bicycles to use.. and even telescopes. But all of these things I mentioned were not offered. As such, it is a wonderful hotel, but there are many wonderful hotels on Mykonos, and I will probably try another next time.

My wife and I came to Rocabella for our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived we knew it was going to be a bad stay. We tried to get a drink at the pool when we got in, no one would come up to us or offer a menu or anything. The initial room we stayed in, had a broken toilet and clogged sink. They moved us into an upgraded room which was the right thing to do, but that room had broken A/C! They had to come by our room multiple times to try to fix until they just offered to move us back to our original room since they fixed all the plumbing issues. We stayed her for two nights and had to move 3 times all on our honeymoon. Seriously don't stay here, the pictures are very deceiving and do not really show the true hotel. They didn't try once to make our honeymoon special, except to offer us a cheap $6 bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Management does not know what they are doing here and he had us talk to the front desk rather than resolving the issues directly with us.
