Won’t be going back
Went back and was disappointed sadly, was my birthday on the day of arrival. My partner emailed in previously and not one person wished me happy birthday, not even on check in. Seems they give influencers a lot of attention but not their returning customer. Male receptionist in the evenings was rude to me and my partner. The guy in the spa walked past me and said ‘smile you’re on holiday’, rude and not needed as I was walking to the pool in 43 degree heat and was unaware I looked unhappy! Went to dinner in toro loco and again they were very nice but then asked us to provide feedback and stayed near until we did it, unprofessional. Pool guys, housekeeping and lady in the pastry shop were amazing as always!! We won’t be returning as the only way people will go above for you if you’re an influencer!!

Happy days at rixos the palm, dubai
Service and food impeccable. Head waiter faultless 11 out of 10. This hotel has a few mixed reviews but in our case been here 5 times now and I think that says enough. Far better than Atlantic ( original) be coming back next May for another anniversary (goodness) why we celebrate 49 bloody years

First class Service from every member of staff
We are only in our second day but WOW .From walking through the doors we have received 5*plus treatment. The staff ,food, accommodation pools and service are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble . Made a few small requests via email before arriving and every ..one has been met 100% returning next year . We still have most of our two weeks left now and can highly recommend. Have travelled many places over the world but this is our best .
