Excellent location - the hotel is very near to La Rambla and cathedral. Very clean hotel. Comfortable room with a large shower. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with variety of food items. Hotel recommended for short and long stays.

This is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The room was a good size, but was long and narrow so that there wasn't a lot of space at the end of the beds, especially as there was a narrow dressing table at the end of the bed with a small stool. The stool was deeper than the dressing table and stuck out so we had to move it so that we didn't risk walking into it in the middle of the night. The room was spotlessly clean and had a good sized shower room with a powerful shower. The bed was very hard and not comfy and the pillow offered no support so wasn't the best sleep. The room had a window that was above head height so you couldn't see out of it, which made the room feel enclosed. The aircon initially wouldn't work as the window had been left slightly open, I couldn't reach the handle to shut it but my husband could at a stretch. The aircon just seemed to heat the room despite trying all settings, so we ended up keeping the window open all the time, visiting in January this wasn't a problem. Leaving the window open meant that it was a little noisy at times overnight but not too bad.
