We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The location is very cool, tucked in a more residential neighborhood so you can feel how Parisians live, very close to fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower and great cafes. And you can catch hop on hop off near by. The rooms are very quaint and ours have been well appointed and very quiet. The staff always welcoming and very hard working to make your stay perfect!

The construction going on in the courtyard and side of the hotel is a liability to all guests that need to walk past it to get to their room. I was not told and it was a shock upon arrival. I booked a garden view with no view, couldn't sleep the morning I arrived from drilling, and had to walk on planks by construction to get to my room. Shame on you for not closing. I feel badly for your staff that couldn't look me in the face when I checked in and complained. Shame on you for placing me in a room overlooking the site and making me walk through the site to get to my room. I departed that day but still needed to pay for one day as I was exhausted after my flight and needed to rest for an hour. I never stayed yet paid the day.

This was our second visit to this Hotel for the race meeting At Longchamp. We arrived at the Hotel and were greeted by staff who are courteous and professional. Being only on a b&b regime the breakfast choices were ample, fresh and delicious. Room service as to be expected was of to a high standard which one would expect. Our room was always well presented. If only a slight criticism is although we payed the same rate as last year taking into account inflation, our room was smaller but that didn’t effect our stay. Thank you for your professionalism.
