A lovely stay
We had a lovely stay in this hotel for 11 nights. The staff are very welcoming and always on hand to help with anything. The resort is clean and the pool is great for a day relaxing. I had a massage in the spa and really enjoyed! Food is good in the restaurant too. A special shout out to the lovely Budi in the lobby bar - he looked after us each evening and always remembered what we liked to drink!

Wonderful staff and beautiful resort
The staff are the kindest, most considerate and attentive people you could ask for. They anticipate your every need and respond quickly to every request. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast included with the room is the best buffet I have ever seen. The restaurants are also excellent and offer an extensive menu.

Magical stay
Amazing hotel at a beautiful location with great service and ambience. The entire team was very hospitable and the food was amazing. We stayed in a loft suite which is superb and service within the suite was great. Reception area was great and view from there was amazing, some good cocktails served at the open lounge bar which also has great music. many thanks team Renaissance for a wonderful stay.
