Good with one caveat
This hotel does have its good points. The location is excellent. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The lounge spaces were inviting. The room was functional. However the room we had, Frida, had very little natural light. And for me this is important. The bathroom floor was concrete and the shower lacked a handheld option. Just little things that make a difference for me. Perhaps if I had had a different room with more light I would have been completely satisfied. There are some good restaurants nearby and it is a 5 minute walk to piazza Navona.

New Year visit to Rome
Excellent hotel, on a really quiet street a stone’s throw from the Pantheon and Navona, and a short walk from the Vatican just over theTiber. Quirky rooms with comfortable beds, and helpful staff. Only drawback perhaps was the lack of English-speaking channels on TV. It has to be said we had a really good deal on rooms and flights.

This hotel was beautiful and we had the best customer service we could have ever asked for!
This location was perfect and the customer service was even better! This hotel was perfectly placed to be in the middle of most things that we were there to do! The ladies that assisted us both day were so sweet. They offered to help us with food recommendations and if we needed a taxi!
