Gran Melia Red Level is a special experience
The staff at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora Red Level reception are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble for them. All the staff we came across were smiling and polite. This was our third visit to this lovely hotel; we were given a wonderful greeting, and made to feel very special. It’s great to see some familiar faces. The red level breakfast is brilliant, and made fresh to order. There is also a good buffet selection. The room and large terrace was lovely, which overlooked the sea and red level adults only pool. We couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you.

Wonderful and Relaxing stay!!
We chose to return to Red Level Gran Melia after 3 wonderful stays here previously. This trip did not not fail to be amazing as always. This year we were given a surprise upgrade to a room with a terrace and an outdoor hot tub. The weather was gorgeous and the hotel was a perfect way to enjoy it. The food was exceptional as always with great service and lovely staff members who were so willing to help us in any way they could. A special shout out to Muhammad in Red Level too! He was a delight every day and delivered perfect service with a smile.

A relaxing way to spend 5 days
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Red level is everything you would expect from a premium quiet hotel stay. The pools are well tended, the complimentary happy hour and breakfast are perfect ways to group up with your family members. Special thanks to Mohammed of red level concierge. Very pleasant and helpful member of the team.
