Winter break 2023
Great location for access place was over whelmed but they tried their best to accommodate. the lady who made up our room Anica was wonderful, pleasant, and thorough. Made our stay enjoyable Teresa and Rena in the restaurant were also very helpful and very pleasant and friendly These 3 employees made up for any inconveniences we encountered due to the volume the hotel had that weekend and the shortage of staff.

Nice rooms; great location. Some service lacking.
The Radisson Grenada Beach resort is a beautiful property in a great location. The pools are very nice and the swim-up bar is great. It's on the beach and there are restaurants nearby within walking distance on the beach. The breakfast food is good with an omelet station and everything else you would want. You may have to ask for coffee or water two or three times before someone finally brings it. This is the same service we had at the bar and the restaurant. We ordered pizza and when it arrived, we didn't have plates. We had to ask several times for plates and then we received a plate; just one plate for our group. One of the big things that was lacking at the Radisson was soap. We were not able to get simple hand soap for our hotel room. We asked more than once. It was promised, but then we were told there was a shortage of soap. We were also told to walk across the street and buy our own soap at the grocery. After 3 days, an employee brought us some of here soap from home. That's crazy. Overall, I would stay there again, because it's a nice hotel at a great spot, but there is no excuse for not having soap and the service needs to improve.

Amazing Place!!!
I will go back again to this resort again with family and friends. AMAZING TIME. Great band and activities. Beautiful place to escape. Thank you for showcasing how beautiful my family country is to the world.
