Suggested by our friends that stay already I Radisson blu in crete ,crete is wonderful take a car and visit around the fitness and the spa is amassing but the comfort luxury spacious of rooms and luxury suites A pri ate beach with clear clean water many restaurants ameising breakfast we love it all Jogging path beachfront food great and most important the kindness of staff
Paid £6,500 for five star radisson blu hotel Milatos Crete through Destinology Hotel really run down and not remotely like website. Destinology clearly had not visited post COVID lockdown Chipped cups, pealing paintwork stained furniture Third rate buffet from overworked staff We had to eat out in spite of full board terms We hired a car to get away from the hotel The hotel management and Destinology have made no attempt to recompense us and merely hid behind platitudes Kejm25wp@hotmail.com
I been in this hotel on July and because i loved my holidays I decided to come backing August. I here now since 4 days and these 4 days have been horrible because of 1 person: the bartender Dimitris had a very disrespectful and inappropriate behavior, being in all inclusive I’m allowed to take what I want like all hotel guests and not to take me for granted. like "hurry up" or "all the drinks are for you?" looking at me sideways. He does not have to ask these questions I’m a client here and I’m not his colleague just after he spoke to his colleague in Greek openly in front of me by talking about me and that he did not want to do my ordered. While his colleague Miro took my order with a smile and kindness. Since the first day he stares at me. I say hello to him, he gives me his back, raising his hand to answer me. I came to have a good holidays and not to be treated like this in a 5 stars hotel! I'm smiling with everyone I respect all the staff because I know the job very well and I know it's not easy every days. All the staff except him is incredible, very respectful and does a hard job in order to best satisfy their customers worthy of this hotel. But Dimitris is not one of them, he is very nonchalant and disrespectful, he has no right to treat customers like that! It’s very sad that only one person can destroy your holidays in this wonderful place! That’s why i can put only one star and I give this star to the others members of the staff not to him.
