Been here many times but the first since COVID and there are some changes. Not sure if supply is still an issue but they were running out of stuff they’ve never run out of. Such as , mix and liquor. The food was still good but there was no bacon!

Nice resort, kind staff, comfortable rooms and beautiful beach. Disco night was so fun, fondue restaurant was nice and drinks were strong. I liked almost everything about this resort and I can be a tough critic. A few areas of improvement are: a door to the bathroom, better WiFi, streaming tv (crappy channels only), restaurants need to do better. The selection is nice, but too many heavy sauces and not enough flavor. Don’t waste your time on an off-road adventure, just a tourist trap. If you are looking for a safe, carefree getaway, you will really enjoy the Princess.

Are goal this vacation was to relax and this place is a great place to do that. We are not picky people for food or rooms, we stayed in $500 and $75 a night hotels. The rooms here are average rooms not fancy not dumpy. Except for sleeping we were not in are room much. I thought the beds were great, they were firm but very comfortable. I stayed at plenty of all inclusive hotels and this is still an average one been to a lot better and not so good ones. The buffet food was not great but ok. The other 4 Restaurants were nice because you didn't have to make reservations 1st and the food was pretty good. We liked the fondue place the most for food but most of the staff there were not very nice and rude. Double check the schedule these restaurants are only open certain days of the week which is very confusing. The shows and competitions at night are ok entertaining. The hotel staff were 1/2 friendly and 1/2 rude. The tall guy at the excursion table was not helpful and didn't want to lift a finger to help us find an excursion that is wheelchair friendly. I use a wheelchair full time. I found this hotel to be very accessible to get around except the beach. Would be great if they could put an inexpensive walking mat or get a wheelchair for the beach. I called ahead to make sure I got a wheelchair accessible room, I think most the rooms have a couple steps going up to the bed and there is no elevator to go up. Has a couple steep ramps but manageable. The whole complex has very sooth pavers and easy to roll on. The handicap room is big with roll in shower, I used the patio chair in the shower. Nice smaller resort, I would stay here again. Buffet food not the best and booze must be diluted or something because for as much as I drank, I should have been trashed each day but could hardly feel a buz.
