i absolutely love this hotel
i was a bit unsure about this hotel when i booked because there wasn't a lot of reviews, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Staff: When we arrived the lady at the desk was very helpful and went out of her way to she us around. There was also a lovely young lady at the burger restaurant she was kind and friendly. Our Room: The room was clean and a good size, the style is very nice with lots of mirrors which i loved, the bed was extremely comfy and the bed was changed in the morning which was unexpected as we were only staying for two nights. the view from our room was also very nice looking over the city we also got to see the sun setting. Burger restaurant and Breakfast: The food at the burger joint was ok but the burger was cold. breakfast was what you would expect from this type of hotel, pastries, eggs and sausages, pancakes and cereal tea coffee etc what let it down was that the food that should have been hot was cold even the hot water in the pot for tea was cold. Location: close to train station and shops/ restaurants. all in all i rate this hotel 4/5 would have been a 5 but the food was cold.

EXCELLENT EXPEREINCE
Me and my family loved everything at this hotel. The room were comfy and the staff was very friendly, not to mention the breakfast was amazing everyday with options for everyone. Its location is great too, pretty close to so many attractions and you can walk to a lot great local places too! We will be back!
