Awesomeness!!!
The hotel was amazing! From check in to check out, WOW!! The service, pool and beach club was above expectations! They truly believe in customer service! The dining experience at the beach club restaurant, lunch and dinner, SPECTACULAR! Oscar was beyond amazing! The room was HUGE, clean and so comfortable! If you want amazing service, delicious food and a 5 star experience, STAY HERE!!

We love this resort. The rooms are huge. Close proximity to the beach and downtown. Service is spectacular, food, we thought was good. price was good compared to the amount of room you have and that you can walk all over town. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+

Poor Customer service all around.
The facilities and views were amazing however the service wasn’t good at all. Especially once it was known we did the all inclusive. We would get one drink and then never saw a waiter again. We even had to ask for our check (you still have to sign one with the all inclusive) on multiple nights because the waiter never came back. Also right off the bat they had told us that the room we booked wasn’t that “special” it was “just a room with a bed” - we had booked the rooftop room with balcony and private pool - and that we could upgrade for $300 more. What a way to make it special on our honeymoon. And they also failed to mention that the elevator in our building wasn’t working - elevators were working in the other buildings - hot tubs didn’t work. Their coffee bar was out of service - TV’s didn’t work for a couple of days. And the cherry on top I had asked if we could check out early due to needing to get my wife home for a medical emergency - she managed to fracture her foot during the trip - and I was told to come the day of that we needed to leave and fill out a form stating why for the early departure and that, that form would go to the managers for a possible refund. I thought that was fair and so the day of I went in did everything and filled out the form and handed over our rooms keys and towel keys and was just told thanks! I then asked about a possible refund of the night and the same guy I had talked to for 2 days straight told me all of sudden “there is no refund” Unfortunately I have loved everything about Isla Mujeres other than this place.
