Worth the visit
Overall the hotel is very good and ideal for the local busses into Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. We were disappointed with the beach in front of the hotel but the pool areas made up for that.

Enjoyable family hotel in beautiful grounds
Enjoyable family friendly resort - our nine year olds loved the pool ; they made friends with other kids and had a fantastic time. Our room was always well made up and our terrace overlooked gardens and a pond. The grounds were beautiful, and the views over the adjoining nature reserve stunning. Staff were hard working, impressively multilingual and friendly. We aren't usually bothered by evening entertainment but it was all enjoyable. Food at the poolside restaurant was tasty and good value; cocktails were great and hard to say no to. Food in the restaurant (only one kids could dine in so could be limiting for some) was lovely- fresh fruit was fabulous and the options were plentiful- especially vegetarian. The joints of meat were especially delicious. Mosquitoes did enjoy us but they were a problem inland too after some humid weather. Jungle spray saw them off. Hotel is on a fairly busy road but never heard it in the hotel, or room. Catching a bus to Alcudia, or Port de Pollenca is easy - bus stop is right outside the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Be wary of location, isolated resort though easy access of buses to Alcudia or Port De Pollensa from outside the hotel. If you prone to getting bitten by insects this is definitely not the place for you, due to the conservation area that surrounds it - the hotel even fumigates twice a week, so outdoor breakfast not available on these mornings. Bus ride required to beach also
