Great
Our stay at Port Palace was wonderful, the Staff are exceptional, Le Mome is beautiful with great service great food, views to die for. Areas that could do with improvement. In a large suite they have a single shower cubicle, I'm a size 8/10 and I struggled to get in and out, this is easy to fix just make the door open outwards, my friend had to leave the door open to shower because he couldn't get in. Secondly, the room service breakfast is just dire. The food was consistently cold, plates cold coffee arrived in cups with plastic travel lids on it, fruit poor quality, bread/pastry were nice. This issue is easily fixed warm/heat the plates warm the dome, keep the food/sausages eggs etc warm. Nobody enjoys a hot breakfast stone cold. Those two areas are the only reason you got 4 ⭐ We are looking to our next visit. Special thank you to Housekeeping who was wonderful.

Wonderful hotel.Perfect location you can walk around port or get bateau bus straight across.If you get lift to top floor you can walk up to Casino Square.Room amazing overlooking yachts.Staff very helpful especially Tim on reception.Cannot wait to go back 😀

Location in the very heart of Monaco directly on the Quay with the huge yachts.Breakfast combined with nice Staff was Excellent, Le Mome restaurant is popular and you need to prepare 100€ for dinner/ person. The hotel is not really new, but clean and cosy. From Nice You can use a helicopter 200€ /seat + taxi from Heliport, Monaco, bus line 80 for 20 € or TER train from Nice San Augustine train station for 5,90 €, is like 5 - 8 minutes walk from Terminal 1 , and 7 train stops/ 21 minutes. to Monaco/ Monte-Carlo train Station . Choose lift upside for the upper location or escalator downside to the port. Every choice is right, but Helicopter or train TER I woulld recommend.
