Pineapple Beach Resort

Pineapple Beach was incredible and every single member of staff put their heart and soul in to making it a great vacation. Amazing food, drink and lots of restaurants to choose from can even choose the sister hotel if you fancy a change. Thank you Pineapple Beach for making my 50th the best xxx

although I am a great fan of this resort the offering this time was outstanding.We went for New Year celebrations.The food was a banquet and covered all possible tastes even to superb shellfish oysters etc.The prosecco flowed freely and the dining area,(Topaz restaurant was fully decked out with lighting features/displays.there were table decorations everyone had classy headgear supplied.Entertainment included a very decent firework display.In short,no expense was spared to ensure a magical time! I am already planning to do this again (we stayed for a fortnight and it was not too long! Lastly but not least the staff are wonderful as usual (we are frequent visitors and look upon them as friends.

Pineapple Beach Club Resort is truly a five star resort, masquerading as a four star. We (family of six, across multiple generations) chose to book our trip at the Pineapple due to its location, comfortable size, amenities, very reasonable rate, and of course, after reading reviews until the wee hours of the night. Yet, as wonderful as the resort itself was in all aspects; it was the resort staff, the people, that were truly the icing upon the cake. The three rooms that our group had were spread across the resort, and still all were within a brief walk across this cosy resort. Although our personal favorite was the Beachfront room; every room was well situated to take advantage of the surroundings. Whether that be the beautiful beach, quaint gardens and relaxation stations, or ocean view. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable; with service at least every other day by the attentive cleaners; and if one did need a momentary respite from the heat - the air conditioning (and wifi) was welcomed. Like the beach, each pool was a tropic wonder to swim in; and although early morning towels were scattered across sun loungers - we never had difficulty finding available loungers, or space otherwise, to enjoy the sun and surf. And that is what we all did throughout the week, simply enjoy. On our next visit (yes, it is a definite!), we will look at excursions, and see more of the island. We did spend a fantastic Thursday evening at Shirley Heights - which is a must for anyone new to Antigua. Speaking of musts, visit the resort’s coffee shop daily - where a smile and a latte go hand in hand… With the multiple bars each having their own cocktail of the day; every day was a Caribbean delight! As with all of the resort staff, the bartenders were all friendly and humorous, well-versed in their art, and attentive to every need with their tasty offerings. Likewise, the food service/culinary skill was superb, and well above our early expectations. For a resort with relatively small dining areas, we were never waiting more than a minute to be seated (with prescribed mimosas in hand at breakfast, of course). Indeed, the variety, quantity, and quality of meal options each day, from a la carte to the snack bar and Outhouse, was soul-fulfilling. As certain members of our family group have travelled far and wide, and others have quite the discerning palate - to say that we had no complaints, is high praise indeed! The ribbon around this lifelong memory, and gift, that Antigua and Pineapple Beach Club has given us, was the personal and expert attention given to us two on our wedding day. For our destination wedding, beach wedding, the wonderful staff had every single aspect well in hand. From colour coordination, to beach setup, to the cake - our own expectations were immediately overtaken by the charm and attentiveness of the staff. We were made to feel as though we were the only couple in the world; and words cannot express how grateful we are that Pineapple, and those Antiguans we were fortunate to meet, made our special day all the more special. ❤️
