Wonderful stay, definitely will return.
We celebrated my birthday here a few days ago, and the whole hotel was AMAZING! Firstly we got a free upgrade, we had a beautiful big four postered room on the second floor. The reception staff was super welcoming from the checking in. Naomi made us feel very comfortable with joking around, she was professional, helpful and attentive! And also Mitchell was welcoming us with smile, asking about our day and theater plans, they were just so lovely. And the concierge gentlemen were just perfect - they helped us with ordering taxi, finding cash point, and all. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful (a little small though), beds were super comfortable, and I did not even mention the beautiful decoration and the ballons! Thank you for this wonderful stay, we will definitely return!

Family holiday
Doina was amazing! She upgraded our room to family room without extra charging 😌 We celebrated our sister’s birthday 🎉 and got champagne and cake to our room. The room was nice and clean, amazing place Thank you The Piccadilly London West

London break
Fantastic location.Quiet room and great breakfast but I have to say the staff were the most attentive,friendly and helpful that I have ever met in a City center Hotel.Nothing was too much trouble.I have to mention Mitchel who was so kind and helpful.Also Bianca and Daniela who we met at the front desk.The staff in the dining room worked very hard to make sure we were all happy.Will definitely visit again.
