Park Hyatt Paris – Vendome

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris for our anniversary trip, and while the property itself was okay, the real standout was Lucas. From the moment we arrived, Lucas went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was incredibly attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed, and his professionalism shone through in every interaction. His positive attitude and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience. Despite the property not quite living up to expectations, Lucas’s exceptional service left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Lucas, for making our anniversary feel so special!

How can one night change your life? After finishing my last chemo therapy 2 years ago I had shared with my son the story of how I have always wanted to go to Paris. And apparently this propelled him to write to Park Hyatt directly and told them my story. From there, the hotel communicated with him numerous times how they can make my ONE night stay memorable and special. They had cared so much and wanted every detail to be perfect for me. Charlotte Knauf, their Guest Relations Supervisor made sure to greet me when I arrived. Upon entering my room, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. There were balloons, champagne, dozen red long stemmed roses and fruits and chocolate. But what made it very special to me is having a balcony in Paris. Not only did I have a balcony but I had THREE! The room was spectacular, just what you would imagine being in Paris. It was so hard to leave the room. If anyone of you reading this and dreaming of someday visiting Paris, you have to come and EXPERIENCE the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome. You will be treated as the SPECIAL PERSON you ARE. It is a DESTINATION all on it's own. The staff are so welcoming, every single one of them. You will LOVE it here.

We stayed on points for 6 nights. We were able to check in early and staff was incredibly welcoming. Marcella from guest services greeted us as well and was helpful throughout our stay. We were upgraded from a standard suite to the wonderful Diplomatic Suite. The bedroom room and huge split vanity bathroom was fantastic. There was a huge sitting room with a powder room. We were greeted with a welcome gift and then a departure gift too. Fantastic use of points.
