Elevator concerns
Good location and lovely lobby. Less than 10 mins to Central Park. Near tube / subway. Needs alittle updating. Main issue are the lifts / elevators. They were shocking. Lots of queuing to get in. Only afew working. Otherwise it was an ok place to stay.

Loved Parl Central
The room was huge. The staff was friendly and easy to desl with. Offered us water while on line to check in. The location was within walking distance of all the shows we had booked. There were dozens of restaurants nearby and the subway within 2 blocks.It took less tha an hour from Laguardia airport by free bus and subway.

VITO, Best service at the front desk
The service and the assistance in the front desk that VITO kindly gave me it was five star He made sure I was very well accommodated and made me feel like if I was staying at home. Service makes a huge difference and I will always choose this hotel whenever I have a chance So thank you Vito for your assistance, and because of that, i kept extending my stay for more days.
