Poorly maintained bathrooms with clogged drains. No coffee maker in rooms. This was a anniversary celebration and there was nothing offered to make stay special. Room.keys stopped working and had to be replaced.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and would recommend to other travellers. The location is brilliant - left out of the hotel and 3 blocks is Central Park, go right and you are about 10 blocks from Times Square/Broadway. Easy access to all subways We had room 1002 - the view is not great but it was spacious and clean. We asked for a blanket as it was cold overnight and that was waiting for us when we got back after a long day of sightseeing. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but we requested a kettle and this arrived within 10 mins There is a small snack/coffee shop - the only purchase we made here was milk but all produce (sandwiches/cakes/fruit) all looked good quality. Only issue is they don't seem to have a set price for milk - we were charged from $2 - $4 so perhaps a set and displayed price would be a consideration Bar - there is a spacious bar are behind reception - great cocktails and Nancy (hope that name is correct) is attentive and full of character Overall we loved our stay - you don't visit NY to spend time in your hotel room but you wouldn't be disappointed spending time at Park Central

3rd time here, but first time with the whole family. Our room was a decent size and the views were great, overlooking 7th Ave. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Times Sq and Central Park and a subway station on each corner. Plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from.
