Will stay forever here
The bed so comfort, the bathroom so clean, everything was so perfect! Since 2017 we always stay in this hotel because we love everything. The lobby so beautiful and the receptions was so fast responded when we do check in. Me and my husband doesn’t want to stay in another hotel only in this hotel::)

Convenient pleasant hotel I would visit again
This hotel is extremely well situated. Museums are in easy walking distance and canal cruise jetty is opposite. There are good restaurants all around including Momo which is linked to the hotel and provides a fine dining experience. The breakfast is excellent (huge buffet) ,and the staff polite and helpful. The room was quite adequate and generally well maintained. Although we prefer baths to showers the shower was quite large and worked well. The tv seemed to provide a rather limited service, however, so it was a good thing we were not after movies as there did not seem to be such a service. Also there was no instruction for the safe. I might also suggest that the bar should serve a bigger selection of snacks.

Horrible customer service
Horrible experience over there. Front desk call is not working at all, room cleaning was not the best, 2nd day room key doesn't work, front desk never picks up the call. And most awful thing is, they blocked booking.com review chance since they obviously knew that it will not be the best. So this hotel high review result is all edited and fake. + Booking.com replied that they cannot do anything for it, so do not believe booking.com all review, grade. it's all edited and tailored.
