Wonderful Experience
This place is wonderful. The hotel is very nice. We stayed at The Reserve. Rosa was our hostess. She accommodated all our request. The servers out by the pool work so hard. They made sure we had plenty of libations. This was our third time to Paradisus

Disappointed
Restaurants really wasn’t good in my eye. After paying me all inclusive fee it seems like there was always stuff not not covered want you to more. One thing I was really was disappointed was the steakhouse was totally not covered in the all inclusive fee if I wanted to go had to pay Al cart, even had to pay for my drinks if I went to that restaurant (didn’t make sense because every other place on the resort drinks was included & I didn’t have to pay to drink only in steakhouse ??) Also not much going on I know it is slow season but should have some activities especially around the pool only had music most of the time.

Our amazing Server Luis
I came here with my husband on a retreat with his office and had a great time! Especially impressed with the service. We especially loved Luis at the Capella restaurant. He is so attentive and provides such an amazing service. truly a gem!! 🩷🩷🩷
