Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

Its our last day at this fantastic hotel .... just me and my hubby ... we've had a fantastic time .. The whole hotel is immaculately clean . staff are friendly and helpful.... Room was lovely and clean . Nice size and a fab balcony... Plenty of adult only areas if you like quiet time... also plenty of family areas..... Entertainment was great. always something different going on in the bar or entertainment area after kids club has finished .... Fantastic choice of food . snacks by the pool side or lunch in the restaurant.... I really think they catered for everyone. Beautiful pool area with bar and snacks . just across from.hotel .which is one of the five pools..... always plenty of sunbeds so there was never a rush to get one .... hired towels which was fab saves bringing them .... A lovely 10 min walk down hill to Los christanos beach. but also a free shuttle bus every 30 mins to and from... Please be aware of pickpockets on the frount by beach as caught a young couple who looked like tourists . pickpocketing a older couple . luckily i saw then in time ... Already looking to book this hotel for next Feb... as loved it so much . Markets on a Tuesday and Sunday are amazing

This was our first overseas family holiday with our nine and five year olds and a long time overdue. The hotel is a little tired round the edges with cracked tiles on the walkways and room furniture that had seen better days but it was very clean. The food was good with a decent selection although not enough separated vegetarian food. The staff were incredible throughout and so friendly, the animation team work hard to keep everyone involved and there are generally laughs to be had. We’d love to return but cannot as the annex rooms have absolutely no soundproofing, we were in room 860 and had noise from Casey’s bar to the rear the evening entertainment to the front and anything louder than a cough was clearly audible from the rooms around us. I’ve no idea if the rooms in the main block are better sound proofed or even available for families but we won’t be back to the annex.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Its a good hotel for all ages. Staff are very approachable and happy to help. Staff remembered us from our previous visit and even our drink order which I was impressed by as they must see thousands of people. The hotel building wise itself is fit for purpose however improvements could be made such as damaged paintwork. Food is at a good standard and plenty to choose from. Entertainment is mainly kid focused which it at a good level. The amount of effort and passion from the male entertainer who always seems to be working must be seen to be believed. God send for parents. Adult entertainment is from approx half 9. The hotel itself is approx 15 minutes from the seafront which is a steep hill when walking up however the hotel do offer a free shuttle bus to Los Cristianos beach. The leisure area is lovely however off side slightly. I think the hotel should make visitors more aware of this. Overall definitely visit again if I come back to Tenerife.
