I’m looking forward to returning in March !
First time at Paloma Blanca and it will not be the last. From the welcome at reception to our check out, all the management, staff were friendly, courteous and well presented. We had to contact reception at 2am to request an extra night stay owing to our flight being cancelled, and were immediatlely advised that we could stay in the same room, even though it had already been allocated the next day to another customer. It's that sort of service you can only get in a medium family run hotel! The cleaning of all areas of the hotel was of an extremely high standard, putting many 4 and 5 star hotels to shame. All the housekeeping staff greet you in a warm welcoming way and take a great pride in ensuring rooms, public areas are well maintained. We had a superior room which was big and airy, the bed was huge and the bed linen was very cool cotton, a must in a hot country. Bathroom has all toiletries and towels, pool towels are a bonus too. The restaurant/bar staff were all very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They are most definitely the complete "Dream Team", in the way they all pitch in to ensure the customer receives their orders and maintain a high standard in the bar, restaurant. Each morning, the breakfast looked vibrant, fresh and inviting, with a good selction of hot savoury, fresh fruits, cold meats and cheeses, fresh pastries and breads, hot drinks and juices. Overall, a "Dream Team " of people at Paloma Blanca make this place so special with a family feel among them all that gives it's guests a huge hug of welcome. Thank you all at Paloma Blanca for our stay in your beautiful oasis.
Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Great location close to a small beach, but still close to the big towns of the Costa del Sol. Such a great friendly welcome from all the staff we encountered throughout our stay. Breakfast included and it was a good spread. Downside - onsite parking was expensive. Great to see EV charging, but it was super slow so needed more the 12 hours to charge the car. I will definitely consider staying here again in future.
