Palais de l’O boasts fourteen beautiful bedrooms and six luxurious suites, all well-equipped with en suite bathrooms (some have bath tubs), air-conditioning, TV, minibar, Wifi, safe, bathrobes and hairdryer. All rooms have a private balcony with attractive views over the gardens, while suites have their own private terrace with either views of the gardens, the pool or the distant Atlas Mountains. There are four room categories which offer the same facilities but prices vary according to size and outlook of the room.
With its spacious garden and separate children’s pool, the Palais de l’O is ideal for families and welcomes young children. We can offer several different accommodation options: an extra bed is possible in most of our rooms, two inter-connecting rooms in the main building, or one of our spacious two-bedroom garden villas (Pavillion). Children under 4 years sharing their parents’ room are free. Cots and highchairs are also available. Children’s meals are also catered for (on request).

Where do i even begin... i have been hesitant about writing this review. But i have to be honest and help people not to make the same mistake and book this hotel. Palais de l'O is far from a 5* hotel and deserves to be a 2* at most. for the price that was paid, we were not provided with a 5* treatment. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation, as it is very worn, front cracked tiles near the pool, tattered towels in the room as pool areas, very little help from staff even when booking a cab. Pictures online are misleading and photoshopped Also for a so called 5* hotel round the clock room service should be available, but it isn't, they also have set times you can order food and drinks which is quiet frankly ridiculous.... Just avoid this place at all costs.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff's behavior was outright rude and unprofessional. During my stay, I had an issue with a suitcase holder that broke, and I specifically mentioned not to put heavy suitcases on it. To my surprise, they attempted to blame me for the damage and even tried to charge me an exorbitant fee for the repair. It's concerning that the staff would resort to such dishonest tactics to make extra money from their guests. This experience left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to be cautious, as they might try to scam you and charge you unfairly for things that aren't your fault. My stay here was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend it to others.

We checked in on the 30th of December with my wife and 2 boys of 2 and 5 years old. While my son was playing in the back Garden he stepped on a drain which collapsed under his feet and luckily I grabbed him by the collar otherwise he would have fallen in the 6-8 deep drain and the metal covers collapsing on him. It could have been fatal or seriously injured. We decided to leave the hotel as it is not suitable for young children at all and should be named as an adult only resorrt. We had to find an alternative the same evening and drove across Marrakech in the peak hours to a different hotel. The hotel management have deliberately ignored my complaints and insist that the hotel is perfectly. The place should not be branding itself as family friendly and instead for adults only. Both booking.com or the Hotel had refused to refund us the two nights stay we paid for as well although we stayed for 2 hours.
