Very nice hotel
The hotel is really beautiful, beds comfortable and the location is perfect. We loved it. We did not like the food at the lobby bar and the service also it felt sometimes like they forgot about us. My husband had to stand directly at the bar to get another drink.

Felt like home
The hotel itself is very nice. It is in a great location. From the room to the facilities including the bar and reception the hotel does it right. But what really separates this hotel from other hotels is the staff. Courteous, professional and welcoming. That is especially true of Carmen and Julio.

EXTRAORDINARY HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We were at the Only YOU boutique hotel for four nights leading up to and through our daughter’s wedding. The hotel housed all of our family (in four rooms) and hosted our welcome dinner for 100 guests. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff is simply superb. A booking snafu was quickly resolved. Everyone was treated like royalty and every detail (from water bottles in room, to gummy candies in lobby, to an absolutely perfect breakfast every day) was attended to gracefully. We recommend this place without reservation and eagerly look forward to the next time we are in Madrid. We won’t have to think about where to stay.
