My husband and I first visited Arabian Court over 20 years ago with our small son, we continued to visit many times, also the Palace too. After a break of a few years whilst exploring other hotels we returned this month for 10 nights at the Palace and I remember why! Still beautiful, still amazing customer service and some of the best staff. A special mention for Vino who was extremely helpful. There are bigger, bolder, blingier hotels we have been to in Dubai but this is still the BEST ❤️

Like many guests I have stayed at The One & Only many times and unfortunately the hotel is not at the same high standard it used to be. The gardens, food and pool areas are excellent, however the three building sites next to the Arabian Court are extremely noisy and was a huge issue for guests we were speaking to round the pool as its so loud. The construction work is 24/7 and all through the night. Customer service was hit and miss, some basics not there and felt like a new team who hadn't been trained. Concierge was really disappointing we tried to ask for their help twice but told best to get a local taxi or Uber! Wow, no chance of arranging a private car or hotel car. They also then kept our airport transfer waiting for 30 minutes as they said they werent there but they were! We were very lucky they waited for us and took my husband to go out and find them. There are lots of little things that you expect as a 5 star which were sadly missing, and i think there are other hotels who are now exceeding this hotel.

This was our seventh visit to the one and only the palace and it’s still a beautiful place to stay. The staff members are incredible and professional and polite. The food is always great but a little disappointed that the Celebraties restaurant is closed. The outside pools and gardens are amazing. The only negative thing is I think the bedrooms are becoming a little dated.
