Romantic Adults only stay
My first time visiting Turks and Caicos, I booked this resort for a romantic stay. The staff and front desk were very welcoming and helpful. They give you a phone also if you want to use it for local calls during your stay. The room is clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Location: a little away from a commercial area so not crowded or noisy. Perfect for adults, relaxed stay. Room: spacious, has a balcony, kitchen, and all other things. Comfortable. Staff: very good. Near to the airport and The beaches. Must try.

Excellent customer service, well managed, clean units
We found this property from an airline vacation deals, and although they are not right on the beach, they have a lot to make up for! The staff at the property were so welcoming and helpful, they really went above and beyond to make us feel special. And they look out for you too - they gave us the list of taxi drivers they trust to use. They also have a beach shuttle to take us to the beach or the sister resort, and they have chairs and umbrella for us at the beach as well. It's a bit far away from the Grace Bay Area where most resorts, shops, and restaurants are, and unfortunately you do have to take a taxi if you want to hang out there, but it's really not that far either. Each unit is really spacious and clean, and it was nice to have a full kitchen and balcony. It felt like home, very private, quiet and relaxing. The only thing I wish they had it on the property was a bar. The sister resort has a restaurant and bar on the property, and although it is near, we didn't want to walk there.

Amazing!!
Upon arrival I parked the car with plenty of room and no issues finding the office. The parking area and all the pathways played calming instrumental music. Then up the stairs to the office to where I was greeted and assisted in checking me in. The check in was easy and quick and I was given plenty of information. After which I was personally escorted to my suite and shown where to park if I wanted to park near my suite. The amenities in the room were great and very modern. One on Marlin was a fantastic stay with helpful staff. Peaceful and calming. 10 out of 10!
