On the Cliff

Stayed in July, room was not what I thought I was getting, the room was full of mould, recently painted to cover it, the bathroom was full of mould, air conditioning was loud and not sure if it worked, Netflix was advertised but not working, fridge was rusty, chair was dirty, tiles were broken under the bed they said this was because of humidity anything could have come out of the holes. Advertised as private jacuzzi you had to climb onto a bench to get into it which is not safe. No sun beds were provided when asked I was give two broken ones. Would not recommend this hotel, booked through Love holidays who did not want to know when I called to complain. Would not recommend

The view is nice. Service poor. A member of our party ordered a captain Morgan but was served a different rum. When questioned we were told it was a different kind of captain Morgan and not to be replaced. Because we flagged this straight away I expected better customer service. Would not recommend

We were recommended to stay at ‘On the Cliff’ and they did not disappoint! What an amazing stay we had, from the beautiful spacious room with all the amenities to the sitting in our jacuzzi watching the sunset. What made our stay extra special were the staff at the hotel. The hospitality is absolutely fantastic! Special mention to Simona and Nikos and the team, you made our visit to Santorini one that we will always remember and we will miss you, Daniel & Despina
