Beautiful old Bali hotel. Beautifully preserved and well kept. Excellent staff, food and facilities. We especially enjoyed breakfast at the Tamarind on the beach each morning. The fitness area had good equipment, tennis and racquet ball courts. All equipment provided. Enjoyed an amazing show with a buffet that was better than I have ever experienced.

A fabulous spot to relax, close to the airport but the beach makes you feel miles away with authentic bali surroundings. Lots of choices for food, which was absolutly delicious. Arini, front office manager was a pleasure and made sure our trip felt like luxury at every step. Special mention to Adi, one of the servers at tamarind restaurant who was polite, funny and informative. Highly recommend, we will be back.

It was a disappointing stay for us at this Hotel. The reception staff could not find our reservation for up to 30 minutes. I kept showing my Agoda app with the confirmation details, etc.. Eventually, they sent us to the Palace Club Reception to check-in Our excitement for a comfortable stay was quickly overshadowed when, having booked two rooms, we were unable to access them until late afternoon. The Dining reservations were also complicated, as we had to queue at a separate desk to find what was available, and the bookings were logged with pen and paper; we saw this, too, when wanting to make other reservations at hotel facilities. The management systems and IT need improvement, as problems occur and the various departments must work together. The Staff was helpful and conscientious but often overwhelmed with their duties. The service at restaurants and Bars was prolonged, especially at the Beach Bar/Restaurant area. The food arrived cold after a long wait. I used the laundry service but was disappointed when two shirts shrunk after being washed at a too-high temperature. During a management cocktail party at the Palace Club, we were disappointed that the management did not circulate among the guests, choosing instead to converse with a select few throughout the event. We enjoyed staying in Ubud and Seminyak on this trip but felt disappointed in Nusa Dua.
