Very mediocre - with 5% charged on top.
Kind of disappointing (especially at this price point)... the room was very dark, the layout fussy (very confusing light-switches, furniture in awkward cramped layout), the view was terrible (of the bins of the building opposite). Staff not particularly friendly at the reception. Also, after I checked-out I saw an extra charge on the room (£49). After enquiring, I was told that this was a 'discretionary' 5% tip for the staff. Would have been nice to have been told/ asked at checkout rather than just taken from my credit card. There are better (and cheaper) alternatives in Shoreditch. I wouldn't go back.

Alice was very attentive a gave a fantastic experience. Was a very enjoyable evening the birthday boy really enjoyed his evening so was a good one. No complaints from any of the boys. So a very good look. Much appropriated many thanks all peace and love. Good nite and god blessed.

Soggiorno a Londra Nobu Hotel
I had a wonderful experience at Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch! The reception team, especially Chris, Sooji, Delia, Enrico, and Angela, provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and my room was comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was also excellent, and Slavo, the manager, was amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London!
