From the second you enter you feel luxury. The front desk and hallways smell so good and clean. My room was spotless and the resort felt endless. Can’t wait to return, thank you to the lovely front desk team who even let me check out late! Thank you Crystal and Sabrina!

Not Great - the place was crowded, seemed busted, was loud, and the front desk appear to hate their lives and everyone else (don’t blame them, but not fun). Stayed in 2 dirty rooms, each with missing stuff and gross bathrobes with a card that says let them know if you want to purchase (lol no, won’t be purchasing this stained grody robe, thanks). There’s really nowhere quiet with outlets if you need to do some work. Pools don’t get sun for most of the day. Inside is freezing cold. Restaurants were running out of stuff, tables have worn finishes that are permanently sticky. Common area bathrooms are all gross and hard to get to. Everything kind of smelled. Definitely not a luxury check in experience - the bellman were more helpful with amenities than the harried front desk staff. Everything is overpriced and not that great. Weird clientele. Expect issues if you want to make any changes to your stay, like extend, late checkout, etc. Vallet and bellman were actually phenomenal, though. Very friendly, helpful, and quick.

My room had gnats and mosquitoes. Room telephone was not functioning. Nobu restaurant service was slow and rude. Better dining experience at Ocean Social. For the price you pay to stay here, there should be minimal areas left unserved. While it wasn’t a horrible experience, I’d look elsewhere before booking here again.
