Marbella's heaven
neat and with high quality facilities, super breakfast, friendly staff, luxury for those seeking for, night clubs, restaurants, variaty of pools all in one, free shuttle to Marbella and Puerto Banus marine. We enjoyed very much with family.

Fantastic experience
We had a great stay, everything from Michael at valet to our checkout was a great experience. Would highly recommend. The staff all over the property were great. Great choice of restaurants and the beach club was very nice. Looking forward to returning again!

Noisy hell - bring your earplugs
Beware - there is loud music playing every night until 3.30am which can clearly be heard from the bedrooms. There was no warning of this and no info on the website or at check in. The music is played with an unnecessarily loud thumping bass which vibrates through the hotel. We could not sleep at all. We complained but all the staff could do was give out earplugs. This hotel ruined our trip, we left exhausted. It is so dishonest to not warn guests, then at least people could make an informed choice, if you are out clubbing every night then this might be fine. The hotel did have some nice points but none of that matters when you cannot sleep. We felt it was overpriced and only for party people who want to show off and with money to burn.
