I’ve stayed at Puente Romano many times over the years and it’s always been a very pleasant experience. You know what you’re going to get, food, facilities, staff, service are generally very good. It was my first time staying at the Nobu Hotel, I’m not sure I’d stay again The room was very nice, stylishly finished and well appointed. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful at the hotel. The big issue is the noise, especially at the weekends. It’s very loud and more so Friday and Saturday nights. The Nobu rooms are very near the main area with all the new restaurants like Ciprani, Nobu, Coya etc If you want a party atmosphere and music that doesn’t stop until the early hours you should stay here. If you want a relaxing break I’d probably stay elsewhere or at the Puente Romano itself The lady at reception acknowledged it was an issue but didn’t really care, I think she’d heard it so many times before Shame really but I think the revenue from the food and beverage side are more important than the guests

Had an amazing time. The facilities are top notch. I can't think of a single negative about my experience. Everyone was not only incredibly professional, but also extremely frindly. Special mention to Fendi Beach. It's like a very upscale beach front restaurant, and the service was impeccable. I know I'm gushing about the experience, but it was just that good. My first thought when I left was that I couldn't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful property and the service is great. Unfortunately, our suite was directly above the Plaza and the music at night was obnoxiously loud as late as 3:00 am. When I say loud, imagine you are in the middle of a hyped up dance club. We went with little sleep for two nights before insisting on being moved to a new room. To Nobu's credit they accommodated our request. However, by that time our experience had been tainted. Dissapointing that we were not made aware of the noise level, when we made our request to be moved to a new room, we learned several other guests made similar requests for the same reason.
