Excellent, very clean hotel. The rooms look like they have been freshly renovated and are lovingly and stylishly decorated and exactly match the pictures on the website. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and have great insider tips for restaurants and galleries. Special thanks to Morgan! A particular service to guests is the 24h coffee and water bar in the lobby as well as croissants to-go in the morning. The area around the hotel is lively. We had a double room with balcony facing the back with a view of an authentic backyard. However, when the window is open, you can hear and smell the air conditioners from the surrounding restaurants there. With the windows closed, it was totally quiet and we slept flawlessly. The hotel is located in the middle of Little Italy, 3min to Chinatown, 3 min to SoHo. Extensive range of restaurants nearby. We toured with our child and always felt safe and very comfortable. Several subway stations are within walking distance. Overall, we had a perfect 7-day stay at a great hotel, we'll definitely return when we visit NYC next time !
On February 14,2023, my daughter and I make reservations for that day online, when I get to the hotel the the front desk staff said I need to paid $200 for deposit in a rude way, I went back to my apartment in Brooklyn NY, to go get the 200, when I came back to the hotel, I gave the front desk my ID and my debit card to charge me the 200, I asked him a simple question regarding my deposit refund, instead of him respond back to me respectful, he was being disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and racist. He was screaming and told me he refused my service and he will not let me go to the room I already paid for, so I told him since you refused my service can I have my money back, he told me to contact the place where I make my reservations, I asked him politely why you refused my service by asking you a simple questions regarding my refund, he said people like me can't be here, I said so what you mean, because I'm black or what. He didn't answer me, instead he act like he was calling someone and I overheard him telling that person on the phone a whole lot of lies. I said to him why are lying. He makes me feel like I was a beggars, homeless, I'm not good enough and don't deserve to be at Nobleden hotel, because of my skin color. He ruined my valentines time surprise from me that my daughter was planning. I will never book to that hotel anymore or recommend anyone to go there. It was my first time there and my last.
NobleDEN is clean, friendly and perfectly located between Chinatown and Little Italy. We got a courtesy upgrade to a higher floor upon arrival. We really appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The best feature was the rooftop patio which came as a pleasant surprise. Went up there a dozen times to take in the view with coffees or a glass of wine. Different subway lines are all located within a 5-10 min walk, super handy. This has always been my favorite neighborhood in NYC, i'm so happy to have found NobleDEN as a budget-friendly option right in the heart of it. Recommend 100%!
