Great location and friendly staff.
Great small hotel. Perfect location when visiting greater W1 area. Clean well equipped hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Look forward to our next booking.

Well equipped
This was a very well equipped apartment in a great location in Mayfair, central London. Very good value. Would definitely book again. Checkin and checkout were easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yes the stairs are an issue if you have heavy luggage but that’s not a deal breaker.

Nice apartment in a brilliant location.
The location is superb, just of Regent Street in Mayfair. The apartment was spacious, bright, clean and well equipped. Bed very comfortable; 'designer' furniture less so. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good Wi-Fi, TV and bluetooth speaker. I was a bit surprised to find I was on the 3rd floor with no lift, as my mobility is not what it used to be. However, the receptionist insisted on carrying my bag up the stairs. The '24 hour concierge service' clocks off at 5.00 pm. After that there is a number to ring - I tried but got no answer, not even a voicemail. Luckily it was not about something too important and could wait until morning.
