Sadly disappointed
I really wish I could give these guys a better review. Two days before our planned travel, they informed us that there was a leak in the apartment, and that they were moving us to a different "luxury" apartment. This new one was in a nice location, but had no beds for our children. They wheeled in two cots, both of which gave our children back pains. Our clothing got locked in the washer/dryer multiple times but thankfully YouTube had some helpful tutorials. Two months after we returned home, the concierge contacted us, assuming we'd taken or lost an extra key they had provided. We'd never used an extra key. Before we'd had a chance to respond, they charged us £500, and refused to give it back. I offered to help pay for the replacement, but they wouldn't listen. They really put a damper on what otherwise was a good London vacation

Very nice property with an excellent location.
Everything was easy in terms of booking, checking in and out. Convenient location, apartments are well maintained and comfortable. No.5 Maddox is definitely highly recommended, looking forward to visiting the other properties.

Our new London home from home.
From start to finish the team at Maddox made everything smooth and stress free. The apartment was clean, perfectly located and even managed to get on street parking right opposite. The whole experience was very much like a home from home in central London and we will definitely be staying again. Thanks Guys and of course Nemo :-)
