We had an amazing time! Zeus, Christian, Max all we’re fantastic with my son at Aqua Nick. It feels there is more staff then guests and service is excellent. No lines and no waiting anywhere. The food was very good and shows are well organized. Free character meet and greets are done all day and even added near dinner areas which is a great idea! Large spacious ocean front balcony with Amazing sunrise ever morning, you can hear the ocean from the balcony! If your kids are active and social they will really enjoy all the day night activities. Looking at returning, book now!

Our family (6 Adults & 5 Grandkids) went in February and had the best time! Water park is amazing and hotel suites are spacious and clean!! Our butlers, Luis and Claire were the best!! They were very responsive to our needs and went above and beyond for our family. Thank you!!! Would highly recommend this place!

Love, Love, Love!!! We have visited Mexico many many times, and this by far our favorite family hotel. A beautiful property, ocean front (although the beach sucks) doesn’t bother us as we are not beach people. The beauty of this hotel is hard to explain, no detail went unnoticed, the hotel is so grand and exquisite it’s hard to explain. The swim up suites are the best , water was a little cool at first but refreshing in the long run. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds , the aqua park is just out of this world, and the Nickelodeon Team is outstanding, their love for children and their desire to entertain is unfathomable. Hats off to Zeus, Max, Fernie and Christian just to name a few. They knew our kids by name and would play and entertain them, honestly, their passion for what they do is hard to put into words… Zeus Inparticularly went out of his way to introduce himself to our 7 year old daughter and play with her and tell us about the different events everyday. He was a Super cool guy , just working hard . The singing, the dancing, the shows, the slime. Amazing, just amazing. Lots of free meet and greets everyday with the characters. Our butlers Sandra and Sophie doted on our every whim, kept us up to date with events and got us whatever we needed. Food was good, the burger at good burger was absolutely delicious!! Room service food was awesome too and quick. Rooms were very loud, could hear every floor step and door slam of other rooms. Was actually very annoying how loud it was, Next time we will likely bring earplugs, but have never needed them. Tons of activities for kids and the night show and theatre was unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The building itself is state of the art. The shows were amazing!!! Just Outstanding! Our Favorite was Legends. Resort itself has an app so you can check everyday what is going on. Very handy. Overall, we spent a small fortune to go to this resort for a week, but it was worth every dang cent, and IDE go back tomorrow if I could.!! Front desk check in/out staff not the friendliest to be honest, and the resort gift shops outrageously overpriced. Highly recommended you save the money and try this hotel. We will definitely return!!!!
