Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and the roof bar is fantastic! The room was very nice and the location was excellent. A great place to stay in Madrid. Easily walkable to lots of tapas spots and many tourist locations.

This was a great hotel in the heart of Madrid, easily in walking distance to everything but out of the way from the main tourist area. The staff was lovely and very helpful. This was a fantastic hotel and I would definitely stay here again! There are a few points I would like to share for fellow travelers: The room was large and modern, but there was not enough light in the bedroom and bathroom. As a female, I found it difficult to do my makeup. (The lighting did not bother my husband) Also, the light in the bathroom is connected to the light over the coffee maker in the bedroom so if one person is using the bathroom and the other is still sleeping, the light disturbs the person in the bedroom. The shower was in the bathtub and the bathtub was very high. There was no bar to hold onto, and my husband and I both slipped multiple times trying to get out of the tub shower. This seems very dangerous to me and I hope they install bars in the future.
