Great small resort on the beach
Excellent small resort on the beach. Three of us stayed in the lower tower room. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. Truly enjoyed this special place and would go back in a minute! Communication while planning was very good. Best things were location and staff

best hotel in Tulum
I have no words to describe our experience at the hotel, the service was amazing, the team are so kindly and did everything to make us happy, the location is the best in Tulum beach, the rooms are big and the facilities in the room very high. We decently meet again next year.

Outstanding in every way
The excellent service begins well before you arrive as the superb concierge team are in contact to ensure they plan for your every need. Location, service, food and laid-back chic-ness are everything you want. While the rooms might appear a little basic/rustic they are entirely in keeping with what is best for Tulum. My only request would be to have bedside lamps for the evening.
