Mykonos Kosmoplaz Beach Resort Hotel

Our experience was really very nice. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Even breakfast was good . Most importantly , the staff of the hotel was nice and treated us very professional, They guided us about the nearby attractions very confidently. I was early arrival to hotel, But they allow us to check at 10 am instead of 2 pm. So, all was okay and Thanks for all.

This hotel was beautifully located on the sea front and it was also conveniently located as the bus station was very close. The staff were friendly and cooperative. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of eggs etc. There were many nice restaurants around which made it convenient

I liked everything about this hotel UNTIL after I checked out and realized I 100% had multiple items of clothing stolen from my suitcase. I called the hotel and they told me they would check to see if I left anything behind. I know I didn’t leave it behind because we were only there for a few days and I didn’t unpack everything. And I had worn one of the items the day before we left. We checked everywhere in the room and nothing. I tried to submit an inquiry online but it couldn’t be submitted or no response. I would absolutely NOT stay here again. We used the safe in the room for passports, jewelry, cash, etc., I didn’t know I had to lock up all my clothes as well..
