Mykonos Kosmoplaz Beach Resort Hotel

This hotel went above and beyond. The location was pure perfection (walk out the door onto restaurant row onto the sandy beach just a few steps into the serene sea). The facilities superb (balcony overlooking the water, personal sun bed, robes and slippers, drinking water and coffee/tea provided, mini-fridge, sumptuous breakfast buffet, swimming pool and whirlpool, book exchange, lovely lobby, free transportation to airport and seaport). But what truly sparkled was the staff. They showed up as so kind and generous. They took care of every need, solving every little thing in way better ways than I could have imagined. Yet what I most adored was their personalities: so open-hearted and vibrant as human beings. It was a such a pleasure to get to know them and feel their awesome energy and zest for life. Love these people! Thank you Dimitri, Thank you Joana, thank you to all your colleagues -- you put your heart and soul into your work and develop such gorgeous connections. May you be blessed with much fulfillment this year and for the rest of your lives. Hope to see you again!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay at Mykonos Kozmoplaz. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could have been. The location of the hotel is perfect, walkable to most major beaches and right around the corner from the bus into town. The hotel room was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. The hotel pool and area are great for the days you don’t have much planned and the food served at the hotel was very good too. Very happy we stayed here and will definitely be back.

can't praise this hotel enough everything was spot on Joanna was so good at her job hope she visits us in England soon Maria was very good and always helpful the cleaner ( sorry don't know the names) pool cleaner again spot on with every thing , only down side it ended to soon and the restaurant needs to be open in the evening and they need to take over DK OYSTER see reviews , The view as the doors open on to the beach every morning from reception will be etched in my mind for ever. well done
