The bountiful and unmatched landscape embraces the most upstanding & outstanding resort that we could have imagined. Our most gracious, skilled & truly dedicated staff shared treasured advice & activities throughout our stay to encompass all 6 parishes of Grenada in the most spirited manner. We learned, experienced & tasted nearly everything for which Grenada is known. We ventured out everywhere via their transport expert, Chris & usually wrapped up our daily excursion with an energized splash at the base of a notorious rain forest waterfall. The entire staff at Mount Cinnamon are brilliant and whole-hearted with respect to their work, their guests & their land. May they all forever be blessed!

This is a lovely resort in a great location. We stayed here for the first 4 nights of our trip. The reason for staying at this hotel was that we wanted to sightsee for the first few days of our holiday so we didn't want an all inclusive hotel since we were likely to be out all day and we also wanted to try other local restaurants. Our room was beautiful, it was huge with a lovely terrace and an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very big with a great shower. Upon booking we contacted the hotel to ask about activities and for restaurant recommendations, we had to follow up many times before we could get any response and there was a lot of back and forth with emails trying to find out details about trips. It would be good if they could email you some information upon making a reservation like other hotels we have stayed at previously. The breakfast was excellent, there was always plenty of choice and it changed daily meaning we could try new things. We found the staff very friendly but did have a couple of issues when asking for information at the front desk, one of the gentlemen gave us the wrong times for the Sunday BBQ at the Aquarium restaurant and one day we asked if he could book us a table for lunch at the Calabash hotel, he said he would try and book and get back to us, we didn't hear anything and when we followed up he said he had tried but they were fully booked. We decided to email them ourselves and they said they had availability so I'm not sure why he wasn't able to make a reservation for us. The beach area is lovely, plenty of loungers and the cocktails were very nice. We were there for the 50 year Independence celebrations and the hotel had organised some entertainment and local food to try which was nice. For the second part of our holiday we stayed at Spice Island Beach Resort which was amazing, had we only stayed at Mount Cinnamon for the duration of our stay I would probably of rated it higher but Spice Island was on another level so I cannot rate them equally. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when returning to Grenada if we were not looking for all inclusive resort.
